The Security Service of Ukraine discovered another Russian torture chamber in Kherson

During the stabilization measures in de-occupied Kherson, SBU and National Police officers discovered another torture chamber of Russian military personnel.

At that place, the Russians kept local people who refused to cooperate with the Russian Federation in inhumane conditions. The law enforcement officers discovered objects that directly indicate the use of torture.
