The President of the Russian Federation has announced a partial mobilization in Russia

Mobilization measures will begin on September 21.

Putin said that those citizens who are in the reserve, who have served in the armed forces, who have certain military accounting specialties and experience will be subject to conscription.

Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu announced that 300,000 reservists are being mobilized into the army.

"When the territorial integrity of Russia is threatened, we use all methods, including nuclear weapons. This is not a bluff," said Putin.
