The number of wounded as a result of the rocket attack on Kostiantynivka in the Donetsk region increased to 14 people

Three residents were reported dead.

On the morning of January 28, Russians shelled a residential area, damaging four high-rise buildings, a hotel, garages and civilian cars in Kostiantynivka.
