The Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine: Russia is preparing for mass mobilisation of full-time students

According to Ukrainian intelligence, for this purpose, Russians are creating so-called "notification stations" that will assist military enlistment offices in serving draft notices to students.

In particular, the management of Novosibirsk State Pedagogical University, Tomsk Polytechnic University, and Tomsk State Pedagogical University issued documents obliging the structural units of the institutions to allocate a certain number of students and staff to work at the "notification stations." 

The plan is to involve citizens who are not officially subject to mobilisation. At the same time, at Tomsk Polytechnic University, inclusion in the "stations" takes place without the consent or even prior information of the designated students and staff. Representatives of senior management of educational institutions are appointed to manage the "precincts".

Presumably, the mobilisation will be carried out before April 1, the start of the spring conscription.
