The International Committee of the Red Cross released Ukrainian prisoners of war held by Russia

In particular, last week the ICRC made a two-day visit to the prisoners, and another one this week. The Committee also plans new visits by the end of this month.

Representatives of the Committee checked the physical condition of the prisoners, their treatment, handed over hygiene products, warm clothes and blankets.

At the same time, ICRC representatives visited Russian prisoners of war held by Ukraine.

Currently, the ICRC representatives are in contact with the relatives of the prisoners of war to convey messages from them.
