The Croatian parliament rejected the government's proposal to join the EU mission to train the Ukrainian military

The document was not adopted with 97 of the 151 members of parliament voting in favor, four short of the required two-thirds majority.

Earlier, Croatian President Zoran Milanović refused to sign the proposal and said it did not comply with the country's constitution.
