Russia's satellite intelligence development stalled due to sanctions

A specialized enterprise located in Zheleznogorsk has stopped working due to the lack of elements needed to develop space modules. 

The projects of the promising high-orbit system Repey, the Gerakl-KВ global space command and relay system, and the Sfera Stage 3 unified satellite communications system have been postponed for two years.

Due to sanctions, there is a shortage of both foreign and Russian parts.
