Russians shell a pond in Kostiantynivka, Donetsk region, where locals were having a rest

Russians have once again attacked the Donetsk region with cluster munitions. This time, they fired at a pond in Kostiantynivka, where locals were resting.

This was reported by Pavlo Kyrylenko, head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration.

The attack was carried out from a Smerch multiple rocket launcher system using cluster munitions.

Seven people were injured. Among the victims are four children: girls aged 5, 11 and 12 and an 11-year-old boy. One child died.
