Russians damaged almost all Ukrainian thermal and hydroelectric power plants

Almost all nodal substations of Ukrenergo have also been damaged. Every important substation has already been hit, some of them repeatedly.

Currently, experts have stabilized the situation in the grid, the schedules of outages on November 22 are mainly related to the shortage of electricity production.

Kudrytskyi commented on the calls for Ukrainians to leave Ukraine, noting that the role of the energy sector is to ensure that the energy system is in such conditions that Ukrainians can stay in the country.
