Russian troops shelled at least three regions on September 30

Donetsk region: Russian forces conducted an air strike on Kostiantynivka. One child was injured.

Sumy region: Russians fired 15 times at the Velyka Pysarivka, Bilopillia, Krasnopillia, Seredyna-Buda, Esman, Druzhba, and Shalyhyne communities.

Dnipropetrovsk region: () The Russian army fired five times at Nikopol and the Marhanets community. There were no casualties.
