Russian shellings wounded five children in Kherson and Dnipro regions, one civilian died, and 13 were injured

On the night of November 3, the Russians launched an attack on Ukrainian cities with an X-59/69 guided missile, 96 Shahed combat drones and unidentified drones. The downing of one X-59/69 guided missile and 66 enemy drones was confirmed. A further 27 enemy drones lost radar contact (went down) and 1 UAV flew to Belarus.

In the Kherson region, south of Ukraine, partially occupied since 2022, Kherson, Zelenivka, Inzhenerne, Antonivka, Sadove, Prydniprovske, Dniprovske, Bilozerka, Stanislav, Kizomys, Tomyna Balka, Mykilske, Novodmytrivka, Beryslav, Havrylivka, Tomaryne and Krupytsia came under Russian shelling and air strikes. As a result of the Russian aggression, one civilian died and 10 others were injured, including 3 children. Educational institutions, a library, a church, a post office, shops, apartment blocks and private houses, a gas pipeline, lock-ups and cars were partially destroyed.

In the Donetsk region, partially occupied since 2014 and located on the frontline in the east of Ukraine, Russian troops killed two civilians in Ivanopillia and wounded one more in Myrnohrad. The Russians also shelled Pokrovsk. Private houses, gas pipelines, power lines and garages were damaged or destroyed. 

In the Dnipropetrovsk region, south-central Ukraine, the Russians shelled the Dnipro district. Eight civilians were wounded in the Russian attack, including two children — an 8-year-old girl and a 15-year-old boy. The district's infrastructure was also damaged. During the day, the Russian army also shelled the Nikopol district with artillery and used kamikaze drones. Nikopol, located next to the temporarily occupied Enerhodar, where Zaporizhzhia NPP is located, and the communities of Pokrovsk, Marhanets, Myrove and Chervonohryhorivka came under fire. An industrial plant, private houses, outbuildings, a gas pipeline, power lines and transport were damaged.

In the Kharkiv region, bordering Russia in the east of Ukraine, two civilians, aged 60 and 33, were injured in the village of Bilyi Kolodiaz when a UAV hit their car. Chuhuiiv, Kupiansk Vuzlovyi and Makarykha were also hit by Russian shelling. A farm building and a school were damaged.

In the Zaporizhzhia region, partially occupied in the south since 2022, the Russians shelled Lobkove, Huliaipole, Novoandriivka, Orikhiv, Piatykhatky, Preobrazhenka, Robotyne, Mala Tokmachka, Novodarivka and Malynivka with UAVs, aircraft, MLRS and artillery. Two residents of the village of Preobrazhenka were wounded as a result of an attack by the enemy's guided missile system. There were also 6 reports of residential buildings and infrastructure being destroyed. 

In the Sumy region, which borders Russia to the north, Russian troops shelled the communities of Khotin, Yunakivka, Bilopillia, Velyka Pysarivka, Hlukhiv, Konotop, Shostka and Esman with guided missiles, rockets, mortars, UAVs and artillery. As a result of the enemy attack, infrastructure facilities in the communities were damaged. No casualties were reported.

In the Chernihiv region, bordering Belarus and Russia to the north, a two-storey residential building, a utility building and cars were damaged by UAV debris. No casualties were reported. 

In the Khmelnytskyi region, west of Ukraine, a residential building, lock-ups and a utility building were damaged by falling UAV debris. No casualties were reported.

In the Kyiv region, bordering Belarus to the north, private and apartment buildings, outbuildings and vehicles were damaged by the fall of Russian UAV debris. No casualties were reported. 

In the Luhansk region, almost entirely occupied by Russia, the Russian army attacked Makiivka and Balka Zhuravka with artillery and UAVs. There is no information on casualties or damage.
