Russia shells residential buildings in Kherson, injuring a civilian
In the Kharkiv region, bordering Russia in the east of Ukraine, the Russian army shelled Ruska Lozova, Derhachi, Cherkaski Tyshky, Bilyi Kolodiaz, Lisne, Kindrashivka, Kyrylivka, and Losivka. Private houses, an educational institution, an elevator and a tractor were damaged. The regional military administration reports no casualties.
In the Donetsk region, partially occupied since 2014 and located on the frontline in the east of Ukraine, the Russian army launched 3,510 attacks on Hirnyk, Kostiantynivka, Kurakhove, Lyman, Myrnohrad, Toretsk, the villages of Hrodivka, Nelipivka, New York, Pivnichne, Yampol, the villages of Berestok, Zoriane, Kleban-Byk, Lysivka, Mykolaivka, Predtechyne, Rozlyv, and Sontseve. The shelling damaged 41 residential buildings, shops, administrative buildings, an elevator, vehicles and critical infrastructure. Five people sustained injuries and one person was killed in Nelipivka.
In the Luhansk region, almost completely occupied by Russia, the Russians opened fire 153 times on Nevske and Makiivka with artillery. The regional military administration reports no casualties. One person was evacuated from Makiivka.
In the Dnipropetrovsk region, south-central Ukraine, the Russian army shelled Nikopol, next to the temporarily occupied Enerhodar, where Zaporizhzhia NPP is located, and also the Marhanets, Chervonohryhorivka, Myrove and Pokrovske communities. The shelling damaged private houses, power lines and gas pipelines. One woman suffered injuries.
In the Zaporizhzhia region in the south, partially occupied in the south since 2022, the Russian army conducted 450 attacks with aircraft, MLRS, artillery and attack drones on Stepnohirsk, Bilenke, Huliaipole, Levadne, Robotyne, Malynivka, Mala Tokmachka and Novoandriivka. The shelling destroyed ten private houses. The regional military administration reports no casualties.
In the Mykolaiv region in the south of Ukraine, the Russians shelled Solonchaky with an attack drone. A car and a building got damaged. The regional military administration reports no casualties.
In the Kherson region in the south of Ukraine, partially occupied since 2022, the Russians shelled Antonivka, Komyshany, Pervomaiske, Prydniprovske, Sadove, Kizomys, Stanislav, Shyroka Balka, Veletenske, Beryslav, Novoberyslav, Olhivka, Burhunka, Tiahynka, Mykhailivka and Kherson. In Kherson, the shelling injured one person targeting residential buildings in the Korabelny district.
In other settlements, an educational institution, a printing house, a shop, a coffee shop and a service station, 2 multi-storey buildings and 4 private houses, outbuildings, garages and private cars suffered damage. Eight people received injuries.
In the Chernihiv region, bordering Belarus and Russia to the north, the Russians shelled Novhorod-Siverskyi and Semenivka communities. No casualties were reported.
In the Sumy region, bordering Russia to the north, the Russians shelled the Khotin, Yunakivka, Myropillia, Krasnopillia, Novoslobidka, Bilopillia, Hlukhiv, Shalyhyne, Vorozhbiansk and Esman communities. The regional military administration reported no casualties.
