Russia may have signed a new contract with Iran to supply Arash-2 drones - ISW
These drones are allegedly faster and more destructive than the Shahed-136 drones currently used by the Russian army. However, it is highly unlikely that Russian troops will use the Arash-2 more effectively than the Shahed-136.
Russia is also likely to continue to use its relations with Iran to circumvent sanctions.
