Russia has launched 465 chemical attacks since the start of the full-scale invasion
Since February 24, 2022, Russian troops have used ammunition equipped with toxic chemicals 465 times.
The Support Forces Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this.
There were 81 chemical attacks by Russians in just December 2023. Russians have started using chemical attacks more often. For example, in just one day, on December 19, the Russian army carried out eight chemical attacks.
Most often, the Russians use K-51 grenades, RGR grenades, and Drofa-PM hand gas grenades, which are dropped by Russian troops from UAVs.
The Russians have also begun to use improvised explosive devices equipped with irritant substances. In addition, they have been conducting artillery shelling with chemically hazardous substances.
For example, on December 14, the Russians used a new type of special gas grenade, RG-VO, containing an unknown chemical substance.
