Russia has been launching missile strikes on Ukraine since 6 a.m.

As of 11 a.m., the Russian military had fired more than 74 missiles. Over 40 of them were shot down by Ukrainian air defense.

One of them hit an intersection in the center of Kyiv, destroying several civilian vehicles. Another rocket exploded near the playground in Taras Shevchenko Park.

There is information about at least 5 dead and more than 30 injured Kyiv residents.

The Russians also use the Iranian "Shahed" UAVs from the territory of Belarus and the temporarily occupied Crimea.

Power outages are possible across the country, as the Russian military is attacking the energy infrastructure.
