The United States should lead this coalition.

In return, Ukraine wants to receive F-16 aircraft. However, Polish President Andrzej Duda said in an interview with Ukrinform on February 17 that his country could not provide these planes because it did not have enough of them. At the same time, Duda offered to transfer MiG-29s.

On February 18, Moravetsky repeated this offer.

The discussion about providing Ukraine with Soviet aircraft continued in March 2022. However, journalist Owen Matthews claimed, citing sources, that the United States and China had reached an agreement that the United States would prevent the transfer of fighter jets and China would stop Russia's nuclear escalation.
