Parties trying to continue implementation of the grain deal without Russia's participation should consider the risks - Dmitry Peskov
Putin's spokesman has responded to proposals to extend the deal in a trilateral format.
This was reported by Russian media.
Peskov spoke about the risks that are allegedly associated with the fact that Ukrainian grain export routes pass near the war zone.
"If something [an agreement] is signed without Russia, these risks must be taken into account," the spokesman said.
He added that the Russian president had no plans to talk to Turkish President Erdoğan about the grain deal.
As a reminder, on July 17, Putin's spokesman announced Russia's withdrawal from the grain deal. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy wrote a letter to Turkish President Erdoğan and UN Secretary-General Guterres with a proposal to extend the agreement in a trilateral format.
