On September 25, Russians fired at an evacuation convoy in Kharkiv region - 22 people were killed, including 10 children

This was reported by the head of Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleh Syniehubov.

The shelled convoy was discovered on October 1 between the temporarily occupied Svatove in Luhansk region and liberated Kupiansk in Kharkiv region.

The final number of victims is currently being established, relevant examinations are being conducted. Several people managed to escape, they are giving evidence to investigators.
