North Korea recognized the "results" of pseudo-referendums in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine

The statement says that a pseudo-referendum was held in Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions, which allegedly "complies with the UN Charter". 

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea says that "the results fully reflected the will "of the residents of the temporarily occupied territories”.
