Missile attacks on the infrastructure in Odesa and regular shelling of Kharkiv

During the week, 17 people were killed by Russian shelling. One hundred twelve people were wounded. About 125 settlements were under fire.

The Russians shelled the border communities of the Chernihiv region in the north of Ukraine, which borders Belarus and Russia, 230 times in a week. They used Lancet attack drones, artillery, and mortars. The communities of Semenivka, Snovsk, Horodnia and Novhorod-Siverskyi came under fire. There were no casualties.

The Russians attacked the Sumy region, which borders Russia, 649 times in a week. Residential buildings, a cultural centre and infrastructure facilities were destroyed. Two people were killed and 12 wounded. The Sumy regional military administration reports that the Russians have intensified air strikes in the Sumy region.

On April 20, the Russians launched a missile attack on infrastructure in the town of Shostka. A man sustained injuries.

On April 19 in the evening, on April 24 and 25, the Russians attacked Sumy with missiles and guided bombs. Civilian infrastructure and power lines were damaged. There were no casualties.

On April 26, the Russians attacked Bilopillia and Sumy with guided bombs. An industrial infrastructure facility was damaged in Sumy. One person was killed in Bilopillia.

Over the past week, Russians have attacked settlements in the Kharkiv region, which borders Russia in the east of Ukraine, with aerial bombs, attack drones, artillery and S-300 anti-aircraft systems 89 times. Kupiansk, Vovchansk, Balakliia, Chuhuiv district, and Kharkiv were hit. According to the Kharkiv regional prosecutor's office, 14 people got injured, and three people died.

On April 22, Russians hit a TV tower in Kharkiv with an X-59 anti-ship missile. There were no casualties.

On April 25, Russians hit the railway station in Balakliia, Kharkiv region, with an Iskander missile. 11 people were wounded.

According to the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Russians shelled the frontline areas of Serebrianskyi Forest, Terny, Makiivka, Nevske, Hrekivka and Bilohorivka.

Over the past week, Russians fired 12245 times at the Donetsk region, which has been partially occupied since 2014 and is located on the frontline. The Russian army used artillery, aircraft, attack drones, S-300 anti-aircraft systems, guided aerial drones, Uragan and Smerch MLRS, and rockets. According to the national police, eight people were killed and 29 wounded. Chasiv Yar, Pokrovsk, Krasnohorivka, Novohrodivka, Selydove, Ukrainsk, Myrnohrad, and Toretsk came under Russian attack.

On April 23, Russians attacked Kostiantynivka in the Donetsk region with a guided aerial bomb. Power lines and private houses were damaged. Five people sustained shrapnel wounds.

Over the past week, the Russians shelled the Dnipropetrovsk region 85 times. Nikopol and neighbouring settlements, Dnipro district, Marhanets, Myrove and Pokrovsk communities were attacked. The Russians used attack drones and artillery. A farm, power lines, private houses, an administrative building, and shops were damaged. According to the regional military administration, seven people were injured, including a 5-year-old boy. 

On April 20, a man was killed in a rocket attack on the Dnipro district.

Over the week, the Russians attacked the Zaporizhzhia region 2407 times. Russians used artillery, attack drones, and aircraft. According to the regional military administration, 64 private houses were destroyed. There were no casualties.

On April 20, the Russians attacked Zaporizhzhia with a ballistic missile. An infrastructure facility was damaged. There were no casualties. 

The Russian army attacked the town of Ochakiv and the coastal part of Mykolaiv district with artillery and attack drones on the night of April 24 and the Kutsurub community on April 25. Private houses, power lines, industrial machinery, civilian vehicles and a boat were damaged. There were no casualties.

The Russians attacked the Kherson region 131 times over this week. Twenty-four settlements came under attack, including Beryslav, Bilozerka, Mykhailivka, Antonivka, Dniprovske, Stanislav, Sadove, Prydniprovske, Kachkarivka, Novovorontsovka, Olhivka and Kherson.

According to the regional military administration, 61 private houses, multi-storey buildings, power lines, gas pipelines, educational institutions, farms, medical facilities, and a kindergarten were damaged. Four people were killed and 14 injured, including a child.

Russia attacked Odesa on April 20, 22, 23 and 24. They used anti-ship missiles and attack drones. One hundred sixteen residential buildings were damaged, and two were destroyed. 17 people were injured, including six children. An agricultural enterprise and a storage facility for disabled vehicles were also damaged.

Russians attacked the town of Smila in the Cherkasy region on April 25. Forty-seven private houses, a multi-storey building, and an infrastructure facility were damaged. Six people were injured.

Russians attacked Poltava on April 23. There were no casualties.
