Iran's Ministry of Defence reports a drone attack on one of its production complexes
“On the evening of January 28, an unsuccessful attack using drones was carried out on one of the centres of the Ministry of Defence. One of them was shot down by an air defence system, and the other two fell into defensive traps and exploded," the Iranian ministry announced.
The Defence Ministry noted that the workshop roof was allegedly damaged, but it did not result in any casualties.
"What is happening in Iran can only come as a consequence of their policy. Perhaps they will direct their support to terrorist countries differently and not help Russia commit its crimes," commented Yurii Ihnat, spokesman for the Air Force Command of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
The spokesman reminds Russia wants to receive the weapons that are in short supply in Russia, namely ballistic missiles and attack drones from the Iranians.
