If there is an understanding that the electricity supply cannot be restored within hours, the work of Points of Invincibility will be activated — Volodymyr Zelenskyy

In these locations, there will always be electricity, mobile communication, Internet, heat, water, a first-aid kit free of charge and 24/7. Points will work in all regions at schools, buildings of the State Emergency Service, etc.

"As of this day, more than four thousand such points have already been prepared. More are planned," Volodymyr Zelenskyy said in the address.
