Grain export from Ukrainian seaports has been forcibly suspended
The Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine, Oleksandr Kubrakov, announced this.
It is impossible to export grain due to the "grain corridor" blockade by the Russian Federation.
According to the Ukrainian Ministry of Infrastructure, Russia has blocked 218 ships participating in the "grain initiative."
Among these vessels are 95 loaded ones that have already left Ukrainian ports and are awaiting inspection for shipment to the end consumer; 101 empty ones awaiting inspection at the entrance to Ukrainian ports; 22 loaded ones waiting to leave Ukrainian ports.
The UN Secretary-General is already conducting negotiations regarding the restoration of Russia's participation in the "grain agreement." His spokesman said that António Guterres "is deeply concerned about the ongoing situation regarding the Black Sea Grain Initiative and has decided to delay his departure for the Arab League Summit in Algiers by a day to focus on the issue".
