EU Council approves transfer of €18 billion to Ukraine

Next, the decision should be supported by the European Parliament. It is planned to allocate €1.5 billion monthly.

"The decision we have made today demonstrates that Ukraine can count on regular financial assistance from the EU until 2023," Czech Finance Minister  

Zbyněk Stanjura says.

It is noted that the funds will help support the core functions of the state, ensure macroeconomic stability and restore critical infrastructure.
