Bulgaria's Constitutional Court recognises military aid to Ukraine as constitutional

Bulgaria's Constitutional Court has rejected a petition filed by pro-Russian MPs who demanded to block the parliament's decision to provide such assistance.

The court's press service reported this.

The request was filed by 50 members of the Bulgarian parliament from the Revival and Bulgarian Socialist parties.

The decision that the aid to Ukraine is constitutional was supported by nine out of ten judges.

The judge who voted against it had been a member of the Bulgarian Socialist Party for many years.
