Belarusian Red Cross involved in illegal deportation of children from Ukraine

The Secretary General of the Belarusian Red Cross has admitted that the organisation is involved in the illegal deportation of children from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

This was reported by the Belarusian edition of Zerkalo.

Dmitry Shevtsov illegally arrived in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine allegedly with "humanitarian aid.

There, he gave an interview to the propaganda channel Belarus 1, where he stated that the Red Cross of Belarus "has been, is and will be involved" in the transportation of children.

"I was outraged to the core by the fact that people, I think, in their inflamed minds, or they think it is logical to do so, accused Belarus of kidnapping children who come to us for rehabilitation. And to be honest, the fact is that the Belarusian Red Cross has been actively involved in this - and will continue to be -" he said.

The Red Cross and the Talai Foundation are allegedly "helping children forget all the horrors of war".
