An assistant of one of the leaders of the illegal military formation "LPR" was detained in the Kyiv region

The criminal held the position of the so-called "assistant minister of internal affairs" in the temporarily occupied Luhansk region and the commander of the "assault unit of the branch of the Russian SOBR."

He coordinated criminal actions with representatives of the central units of the Russian special services and regularly met with them on the territory of the temporarily occupied Crimea.

The militant created an extensive network of informants who notified him of the locations and movements of Anti-Terrorist Operation units in eastern Ukraine. From him, Russia also received data on the movement of convoys with military equipment of the ATO forces in the Severodonetsk, Lysychansk, and Svatove areas.
