After the de-occupation of Crimea, all Russian citizens who came to the peninsula in violation of the migration legislation of Ukraine will be forced to leave — Permanent Representative of the President of Ukraine in Crimea Tamila Tasheva

There are from 500 to 800 thousand people who needed to obtain a residence permit in the occupied territory and permission for foreigners to enter the occupied territory.

"We have a principled position, it is formed and there are already legal norms on it. All citizens of the Russian Federation who illegally came to the temporarily occupied territory, to Crimea, in violation of migration legislation and conditions of border crossing, must leave after the liberation of the territory outside the Ukrainian state, outside the Crimea, because they illegally stayed there," Tasheva said.

She adds that Russia already calls it deportation, but the expulsion of Russians from Crimea is a legal process.
