According to the spokesman, this terror can only be stopped militarily, by destroying the missiles that the Russian army is firing at Ukrainian cities. Therefore, Ukraine needs modern air defense models that would strengthen the air defense system.

Currently, Ukraine is receiving modern weapons from the United States under the so-called presidential program, which provides for the allocation of $40 billion to be spent by the end of September.

A positive effect is also expected from the lend-lease because Ukraine will be able to choose the samples of weapons and military equipment needed at any given moment.
