The Australian government has cancelled tariffs on imports from Ukraine

The measure, which follows similar actions by the country's international partners such as the European Union and the United Kingdom, comes into effect today.

Tariffs will be reduced from 5% to zero for 12 months for several goods produced in Ukraine.  Excise duties will remain in effect.
