Russians set up a torture chamber in the temporarily occupied Chaplynka, Kherson region

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that the Russian military had set up a torture chamber in the police department, where up to ten civilians, including minors, are being illegally detained. 

In particular, there are cases when the Russian military tortured abductees to death. 

"The Russian occupiers are holding people in harsh, inhuman conditions and torturing them," the statement reads.
